Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of zaykabeauty.com (the “Site”) and to appointments and services at Zayka Nail Studio (“Zayka,” “we,” “us”), 2217 Union Street, San Francisco, CA 94123. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Appointments and booking

• Appointments can be booked online through Square, by phone, or by email. Online bookings are also subject to Square’s terms.
• An appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Square or from us.
• Service times listed on our Site are estimates. Actual time depends on your nails and the result you want.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service so the next guest is not delayed, or reschedule you.

Cancellations and no-shows

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another guest. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may mean we ask for a deposit to book future visits.

Pricing and payment

Prices are confirmed when you book and may change without notice. Nail art is priced per nail or per design, as described on our Services page. Payment is due when your service is complete. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Special offers

• Offers are subject to the conditions shown with each offer.
• Offers cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• First-visit offers are for guests who have not visited Zayka before, one per guest.
• We may change or end any offer at any time. Offers already confirmed for a booked appointment will be honored.

Health and safety

• Please tell us before your service about any allergies, skin or nail conditions, medications, pregnancy, or other health information that may affect your service.
• For everyone’s safety, we may decline or stop a service if we see signs of infection, open wounds, or another condition that makes the service unsafe.
• Tell us right away if you feel any discomfort during your service.
• Follow the aftercare advice we give you. Results depend partly on at-home care and daily activities.

Your satisfaction

We want you to love your nails. If something is not right, such as chipping or lifting shortly after your appointment, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right. Issues caused by accidents, nail biting, or not following aftercare advice may not be covered.

Studio conduct

We work to keep Zayka calm and respectful for every guest and team member. We may refuse or end service for anyone who behaves in an abusive, unsafe, or disruptive way.

Use of our Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, trying to access it without authorization, or sending spam or harmful content through our forms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including our name, logo, text, photos, and design, belong to Zayka Nail Studio or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

Links to other sites

Our Site links to other websites, such as Square, Google Maps, and OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Service descriptions, times, offers, and hours may change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zayka Nail Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under California consumer protection law or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site or book services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
